We are very proud to announce that our CEO, Luca Meinardi, has been recently included among the 30 Best CEOs of the Year 2022 by the north American magazine The Silicon Review, after receiving the 2021 CEO Award from BUSINESS Worldwide.
Since his arrival in 2019, Meinardi has promoted an innovative managerial approach that transformed a famlily-run business into a modern, agile and profitable company. He has implemented an innovative global strategy through the accurate definition of new plans, resources, systems, and organization in all company departments, with an eye on quality, sustainability, and made-in Italy tradition. He has also promoted the continuous research and development of new lighting solutions, both in the traditional company core business of RGBW color-changing illumination systems, as well as towards the unexplored white light residential market. Through the implementation of a new strategic direction, and despite the critical worldwide situation, 2020 has become the starting point for a complete renovation meant to reach ambitious corporate goals.
Owing to the success of Meinardi’s philosophy, Griven has been recognized as one of the Top 50 Innovators of The Year 2021 by the CEO Views.
